Mawahb reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the services after such changes are made constitutes your agreement to the modified terms. It is your responsibility to review the terms regularly.

Eligibility

Our training programs and club services are open to individuals of all ages. However, minors must have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet the age or parental consent requirements.

Services Provided

Mawahb Zone offers a variety of athletic and development services, including but not limited to:

• Professional coaching and training programs
• Fitness and conditioning sessions
• Competitive tournaments and scouting events

Each service may be subject to separate registration forms, waivers, or agreements.

Use of Services

You agree to participate in Mawahb Zone activities respectfully and safely. You must not:

• Cause harm or disturbance to other participants
• Damage club property or facilities
• Engage in any unlawful behavior while using our services

Intellectual Property Rights

All branding, logos, training materials, and content published by Mawahb Zone are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent from Mawahb Zone.

User Accounts

If a member profile or registration account is created, you are responsible for keeping login credentials secure. Mawahb Zone may suspend access if terms are violated or misuse is detected.

8.

Payment and Fees

Enrollment in training programs or events may require payment. You agree to provide accurate payment details and settle all applicable fees on time. Failure to pay may result in removal from sessions or events.

9.

Third—Party Services

We may collaborate with third-party coaches, facilities, or partners. Mawahb Zone is not responsible for any loss or liability arising from third-party service use or their policies.

10.

Limitation of Liability

Mawahb Zone is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred while participating in any of our activities. Participants join at their own risk and are advised to consult with a physician before starting physical activity.

11.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Mawahb Zone, its coaches, staff, and partners against any claims or liabilities arising from your participation in our programs or violation of these terms.

12.

Termination

Mawahb Zone may suspend or terminate access to services for any behavior that violates these terms, endangers others, or disrupts the spirit of the club. Certain sections, such as intellectual property and liability, will remain in effect after termination.

13.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be settled in Cairo courts.
